Meet the Therapist
Hey, I’m Christie Baur, LPC.
First off, I GET YOU. I struggled with severe anxiety in my adolescence and early adulthood. My lived experience, education, and training have led me to become pretty much an anxiety whisperer.
When you’re with me, I'm your fiercest advocate. I’ll take an active role in helping you quiet the mental chaos that just won’t shut up (at least not yet!), with a sprinkle of heart-to-hearts and laughs along the way because life’s too short for boring therapy.
